What the squads say

Real players, real climbs. Verified from bootcamp intake forms.

Went from Gold 2 to Ascendant in one six-week Valorant block. The VOD reviews exposed every lazy peek I was making — brutal but it worked.

Friday LAN Brawl is the best A$35 in the city. Proper shoutcast, proper brackets, and the barista bar keeps us going past midnight. We come back every week.

My CS2 economy calls were a mess. Two 90-minute 1-on-1s later I finally understand force-buy math. The annotated recordings are gold.

Booked a streaming pod for a weekend charity marathon. Sound-treated, clean green screen, and staff sorted my scene switches in ten minutes. Faultless.

Brought our uni League team here for a bootcamp block. Coach spotted our draft priority problems instantly. We made playoffs for the first time.

The rigs are genuinely tournament-grade. 240Hz, zero stutter, low-latency mice. It feels completely different to grinding ranked at home.

Frequently asked

Everything you need to know before your first session at the Citadel.

No — every battle station ships with an RTX-class rig, a 240Hz monitor and low-latency peripherals. You are welcome to bring your own mouse, keyboard or headset, and every seat has front-facing USB and a 3.5mm passthrough so you can plug in within seconds.

We open Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 11pm, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 2am, and Sunday from 12pm to 10pm. Friday Night LAN Brawls run 7pm to 1am, and bootcamp blocks are scheduled on weeknights outside peak walk-in hours.

Casual walk-in play is A$12 per hour or A$40 for a five-hour day pass, GST included. Members pay A$29 per month for 15% off all hourly play, priority Friday seating, and free entry to two LAN nights each month.

Players aged 15 and over are welcome any time. Under-15s are welcome until 6pm with a parent or guardian on site. Friday Night LAN Brawls and any late sessions after 10pm are strictly 18+ due to our licensed lounge bar.

We are at 47 William Street, Darlinghurst, a five-minute walk from Kings Cross station and just up from Oxford Street. There is metered street parking on William and Crown Streets, and the Kings Cross car park is a short stroll away.
